Just a shinkansen ride away from Tokyo, Tohoku in winter transforms into a dreamland of ski slopes, steaming hot springs, and snowy townscapes reminiscent of Japan of yesteryear. This fun packed tour combines the best of two worlds: an off the beaten track experience along with Japan’s capital city, Tokyo!
On our Tokyo days, we’ll visit the famous Tsukiji Outer Market, Ameyoko Shopping Street, and Yushima Tenjin for beautiful plum flower viewing. There’s even a completely free day to sightsee on your own or catch up on omiyage shopping!
On this complete tour, we’ve included 4 exciting festivals: Hirosake Castle Snow Lantern Festival, Odate Amekkoichi (Candy Festival), Namahage Festival and Bunkyo Plum Festival. Your Tohoku Winter Wonderland Plus Tokyo 2024 Tour includes:
- Round trip airfare via Hawaiian Airlines from Honolulu.
- Note: Airline baggage fees are additional and paid directly to the carrier.
- 8 nights’ accommodations in centrally located hotels.

- Admission fees included based on itinerary.
