Visiting The Grand Circle on the Really Big Island of North America

The Mittens

Many people from Hawaii like to travel to the mainland for vacations.  While living in paradise certainly has a lot to offer, after a while, there nothing more for locals to see because the islands are not that large geographically.  So many like to travel to the really “big island” of North America and, in particular, the mainland United States.  Typically, many visit the Southern California area to visit Disneyland and the other theme parks in the area; while others travel to the Pacific Northwest to visit friends and relatives; or do what many from Hawaii have a keen propensity to engage in, which is to fly to Las Vegas and indulge themselves in what many people from Hawaii just love to do–gambling.

But what many people from Hawaii (or for that matter most people regardless where they are from) do not realize, when visiting the Las Vegas area, is that they are in the middle of a region of the country called “The Grand Circle.”  The Grand Circle is an area of the Southwest, where if you drive for hundreds of miles in a circular manner across this region, you can see some of the most spectacular natural wonders of the world, including the Grand Canyon, Mesa Verde (a World Heritage Site), Petrified Forest, Arches, Zion, Bryce, Canyonlands and Capitol Reefs national parks; Canyon De Chelly, Walnut Canyon, Rainbow Bridge, Tuzigoot, Monetzuma’s Castle, Bandelier and many other national monuments; Lake Mead and Lake Powell national recreation areas; Native American tribal parks such as Monument Valley and Antelope Canyon; as well as many other historic places and areas of geologic interests such as Route 66 and Meteor Crater.  So ff you like visiting and taking pictures of iconic and majestic American scenery, this is the place to go; and, of course, Panda Travel ®, can take you there with some very affordable vacation package customized to fit a wide range of family budgets.
