The 3-Star Park City Peaks Hotel's architecture is perfect for the mountains that surround it. With its arched wooden beams and rustic stone fireplace, the hotel looks like a ski resort should. Located only 1.5 miles from the historic Main Street and all its boutiques, bars and restaurants, it is within a three mile radius of three world-class ski resorts.

There are 131 rooms in the three story building, which is located on 2 acres of land. Renovated recently, the rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated with many of the rooms offering magnificent views of the Wasatch Mountains. Amenities include Cable TV, pay-for-view movies, Nintendo 64 games, dataport telephone with voice mail, coffeemaker, cotton robes, complimentary toiletries, room service, high speed internet access (fee), iron and board, hair dryer, in-room safe (fee) and more.

The on-site restaurant, The Rustic Creek Grille has also been renovated and is popular not only with guests, but with local residents. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the Grille serves up classic American fare including hearty soups, salads, fire grilled steaks, pork chops and more. The upper deck sports bar is a Utah state private club for its permanent members and Park City Peak Hotel guests. Besides having an incredible 180 degree mountain view, this laid back bar offers daily drink and food specials along with 5 big screen TVs, pool tables, dartboards and video games.

Property amenities include both a heated outdoor/indoor pool and two hot tubs, a dry sauna, complimentary newspapers, in room massage services, the main lobby gift shop which also doubles as a liquor store and a 24 hour front desk. A complimentary town shuttle takes guests to Main Street, the Tanger Outlet Mall, Park City Mountain Resort, the Canyons and Deer Valley. All rooms in the hotel are nonsmoking with the bar the only location in the building that does allow smoking.
