The 2-Star Carriage House Condominiums are located about one mile from Old Town and Park City Mountain Resort. It is located on the free city shuttle route and is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and bars. There are 3 buildings of 3 to 4 floors and all units features either kitchenettes or full kitchens. This is a smoke free property.

The rooms are spacious and available in kitchenettes, studios and 1 bedroom, with dated, but tastefully furnished décor. Kitchenettes have a refrigerator, toaster, coffee/tea maker and all cookware, plates and utensils. Kitchens also include ovens and stoves. Amenities include Cable TV, phones with data ports, voice mail, hair dryer, iron/board, alarm clock, complimentary toiletries and most units feature jetted tubs. Larger units have fireplaces and balconies.

There is no on-site restaurant, but many within walking distance or you can always hop on the free shuttle and go to Old Town where there are restaurants.
