The Bellagio has seven fine dining restaurants, most of which are award-winning, including the lakeside Le Cirque featuring French cuisine that is by turns both rustic and elegant and the younger sibling of Le Cirque is Osteria del Circo, also lakeside. PRIME steakhouse has the atmosphere of a 1930's speakeasy, brimming with plush furnishings, gilt galore and Baccarat chandeliers, great food and a fantastic wine cellar. Picasso features intimate nooks and flowers with a décor of country elegance featuring French-Mediterranean cuisine. There is a great deal of priceless original Picasso oils and ceramics throughout the room.

Star chef Michael Mina has created an innovative seafood menu, blending the flavors of California and the Mediterranean at his renowned namesake restaurant. It's been said that Jasmine is a room built for romance, surrounded on three sides by beautiful lake and garden views. Specializing in nouvelle Hong Kong cuisine, they also create contemporary and classic Szechuan, Hunan and Cantonese dishes. The final fine dining spot is Shintaro, a sleek, California-inspired dining room with expansive views of the fountains and the lights of Las Vegas. Featured are tempuras, teriyakis, teppan-yaki and a sushi bar. Reservations are suggested at all the above restaurants as they are extremely popular.

There are numerous casual restaurants, including Sensi with an international menu; Olives by well known chef, Todd English featuring a Mediterranean menu; Noodles, serving authentic noodle, rice and congee specialties from all over Asia; FIX, great for pre-show dinner or late-night dining; Café Bellagio, a 24-hour restaurant; The Buffet, open 24 hours daily featuring cooking stations and great selections of food; and the Pool Café, located on an outdoor patio overlooking Bellagio's Pools and courtyards.

Entertainment, bar and lounges include the most magical of shows, Cirque du Soleil's O. Although the tickets are at the high end, the show is worth every dollar. Set in a 1.5 million gallon pool, it will absolutely amaze you, bemuse you and leave you breathless in wonder. The Fountains of Bellagio draw thousands of sightseers for the nightly displays, featuring water fountains choreographed to opera, classical and whimsical music, a magical event you can enjoy free every night of your stay.

Then there is the Conservatory & Botanical Gardens, a magnificent flower garden that also should not be missed. A visit to the Pool, with its distinctive courtyard setting of a Mediterranean Villa is a must. With relaxing pools, soothing spas and garden vista cafes, it is the perfect spot to relax after a day of activity. The pool is open and heated year round with seasonal hours. The Spa & Salon at Bellagio is luxurious and elegant, with 54 treatment rooms, men's and women's saunas, steam rooms and spa tubs.

This is an absolutely amazingly beautiful property and if star ratings went higher, they would definitely have more. They get rave reviews from guests, many of whom are repeat visitors and while the price might be higher than other hotels in Las Vegas, it is positively worth every dollar. So treat yourself to an experience you are likely never to forget.
