Happy hour is daily from 4:30 to 6:30 pm featuring not only $3 and $4 drink specials, but half off on most of the appetizers on their menu. But Ryan's is much more than a great bar, it also serves up some really good food at very reasonable prices. And while they always keep up with the trends in dining, changing around the menu several times a year, by customer demand, there are certain items that have been on it since their beginning. Such as the creamy, rich Hot King Crab & Artichoke Dip served with homemade Focaccia bread, the perfect appetizer to fight over! Then there is their hot, spicy, totally addictive Cajun Chicken Fettucine, an all time favorite that's been on the menu from their first day open. You can ask them for the recipe, which they often will give to guests.

The grilled top sirloin steak with crispy shoestring onions is always a winner, as is the Hoisin Glazed Pork Chop. There are sandwiches available including a great bacon cheeseburger, Kalua Pork Sliders, fresh Fish Tacos and more. Two of the most popular salads are the Maytag Blue Cheese and the Crunchy Pea Salad and you can add other pasta dishes or pizza to have a complete lunch or dinner. Ryan's Grill has been at Ward Centre for over 20 years because of their consistency, quality of ingredients, some killer recipes that remain favorites and a willingness to always push the envelope a little bit. So you get good service, great selections on all beverages (including wine by the glass or bottle), good, good food and a great atmosphere. Open daily from 11 am to 1 am; bar open till 2 am with a Late Night Menu available until 1 am.
