A multi-award winning restaurant, Hy's has been the steakhouse to go to for special occasions for the past 32 years. With its elegant atmosphere, Tiffany stained glass ceiling, the Broiler Room, the library room with its wood paneling, art and walls of books, the great bar area and tuxedoed waiters, it is a true gem. But most of all, people return time after time for the USDA prime grade steaks, dry aged on site. Grilled on the custom-made brass and copper caldron enclosed by glass in the Broiler Room over native Hawaiian Kiawe (mesquite) wood, the steaks are simply melt-in-the-mouth delicious. Unlike new steakhouses, Hy's still specializes in tableside service for their great Caesar Salads, Chateaubriand for Two and various flambé desserts. It's a wonderful restaurant and perfect for any celebration. Nightly entertainment in the bar area. Open Mon. to Fri. from 5:30 to 10 pm; Sat. and Sun. 6 to 10 pm. Reservations highly recommended.
