Since the first day of its opening, 3660 on the Rise has been a huge success. Featuring a blend of Pacific Rim, Island-Style and European cuisine, the menu reflects an ever changing blend of wonderful entrees created by award-winning chef, Russell Siu and his team. His partner Gayle Ogawa runs the front of the house and ensures the guests are well taken care of. They were recently recognized by Gourmet Magazine as the hot spot to dine in Honolulu. There is a great selection of appetizers, but if you'd like to sample just one, try out the award winning Ahi Katsu. Entrees include steak, seafood, duck, pork, chicken and lamb, all exquisitely prepared. Their wine list has received the Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator since 1998 and their extensive dessert list is renowned in Honolulu. Also check out their medley combinations throughout the menu, a great opportunity to taste a variety of appetizers, salads and entrees.
