This is another Kaimuki neighborhood award-winning restaurant serving up seasonal cooking in an unpretentious way. Using local produce for all the salads and only the best ingredients, Chef-owner Kevin Hanney has created a contemporary American Bistro. The atmosphere is lively with views to the open kitchen and the food is really excellent. Signature dishes include the melt-in-the-mouth Macaroni and Cheese, a wonderful Grilled Pork Chop with Apple Chutney and what is considered the most popular dish at the restaurant, Kim-chee Steak, an unforgettable combination of flavors. But save some room for one of pastry chef Samantha Choy's fabulous desserts including a Cinnamon Bread Pudding that is mouthwatering. There is a full bar and very well-edited wine list.
