The enormous sundeck is where all the action is at the Milagros Food Company. With a cuisine that blends Southwestern fare with Pacific Rim styles, Milagros is hard to positively define. If you are looking for authentic Mexican food, you probably won't find it here, or to be honest, anywhere in the state of Hawaii, similar to searching for a New York-style pizza in the state. But what they offer is home-style cooking, using only the freshest island ingredients, served in a wonderful setting and for reasonable prices. You also get one of the best margaritas found in the state according to their fans as well as a number of local beers, such as the amber LavaMan and the Kona on tap.
Signature dishes for breakfast include the Huevos Rancheros, a really good Spinach Omelet and a Chorizo and Egg Burrito, which is very large. Another lunch or dinner option would be the melt-in-the-mouth signature Seafood Enchiladas, an amazing flavor combination. The portions are really large with the Shrimp Caesar salad using large shrimp, not the small ones. Another to try would be the Pork Quesadillas with black beans and freshly made guacamole or for an appetizer try out the Crab Quesadillas, loaded with tender, tasty crab. There are also burgers on the menu of the meat type and fish type, large fresh fish tacos, nachos and something everyone seems to rave about, the Blackened Ahi Taquitos. Milagros Food Company is a fun place to dine with good food at reasonable prices in a wonderful atmosphere. So try it out on your way to or from Hana and see what the residents are talking about. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner 8 am to 11 pm
