American Trans Air, more commonly known as ATA, has shut down all passenger operations and filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. If you have purchased air or a package that includes flights on ATA from Panda Travel for travel on or after Thursday, April 3, 2008, please call us immediately at (866)444-4352 or email sales@onlinetravel-services.com contact an agent about alternate travel arrangements.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for ATA flights purchased either stand alone or together with a vacation package due to ATA's bankruptcy status. Our agents will do their best to accommodate you on new flights, or to alter any hotel, car rental and/or activity reservations already booked.
