Restrictions
- Price is per person, based on Double occupancy.
- Single supplement add $150.00 to the Package.
- One( 1 ) stop over in Japan permitted at $125.00 ( based on Applicable route)
- Weekend surcharge $35.00 one way per person.
( Friday/Saturday/Sunday) - Return from different city permitted ( Nagoya and Osaka )
- Package is not limited to 3nights, purchase of additional nights are available.
- Fare applicable for Honolulu/Kona departure only.
- Must be sold in conjunction with a minimum 3nights hotel.
- No child discount.
Payment
- Full payment is required 3weeks prior to departure, or 1week after confirmation, whichever comes first.
- If departure is within 3weeks, or less, Full payment is required. Prior to hotel request.
Change
Prior to departure :
- Air change --- $200 per ticket plus fare different charge at Issue agancy.
- Hotel & other changes --- $50 per booking Plus fare different charge at issue agency.
After departure:
- Air -Reroute/Fare change not permitted.
- Date/Flight change permitted with Japan airlines w/Fee call Japan airlines @0120- 25-5931 / Tokyo 03- 5460-0511
- Hotel – non changeable
Cancellation
- After payment – 21days prior to departure $300 & 1night
Per person. - 20days –1day before departure–$300 & NON refundable
Hotel per person. - Departure day or after – Package NON refundable.
Service fee
- A minimum of $50.00 per person service fee will be assessed for any changes or cancellation made after package is issued.
