Your historical journey begins with a tour of Arizona Memorial - a somber reminder of the December 7, 1941 Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. You'll hear how a quiet Sunday morning was shattered by bombs, left thousands dead and brought the U.S. into WWII.
Your journey continues on a guided tour of the battleship USS Missouri where General MacArthur accepted the unconditional surrender of the Japanese marking the end of WWII. You'll hear stories of the battleship's illustrious career including its involvement in the invasion of Iwo Jima and Okinawa during WWI, and her participation in the Korean War and Persian Gulf.
After your Pearl Harbor visits of the Arizona Memorial and USS Missouri, you will return to Honolulu with a drive through of the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl Crater. Your final stop is the U.S. Army Museum of Hawaii where you will experience the history of the U.S. Army in Hawaii and the Pacific as well as a tribute to ancient Hawaiian warriors.
