Description

Ride in an air-conditioned, 4x4 van along former cane roads to visit places of incredible beauty. Your experienced guide will teach you Kauai's rich history as you meander along the back roads past reservoirs and fields that cultivate a wide variety of crops all the way up Kilohana Crater. From the top of the crater, you'll get a commanding 360 degree view of the lush island landscape far below.

Cruise through Old Koloa Town, Hawaii's first plantation settlement and up to the rugged coastline of Maha'ulepu. You'll turn inland and drive through a tunnel that takes you through the mountain and to the historic plantation estate, Kilohana. You won't believe how much you can see and learn in four hours. Bring lots of film because this is a photographer's dream.
